Latifi has appealed for caution added by Kosovo security institutions through Serb settlements. He has said BIA could insist on attacks on Serbs to blame Albanians.
He has said the 2004 riots could be repeated if there is no caution.
To take over settlements around the churches, we know how BIA operates, that it can install an attack on Serb settlements, and that the situation could be out of control, as it was in 2004. Let this message serve to control the settlements, churches, schools and facilities where the Kosovo Serbs -- because it can be repeated 2004-a” -- he has said.
