Hoti: Kosovo needs normality in politics, economy and foreign relations

Hoti said that only in a normal situation can this development better for Kosovo citizens indiscriminately.

Hoti's response comes as a result of the annulment of the meeting between the two governments, Albania's and Kosovo.
