US Emisar for the Western Balkans Gabriel Escobar, at the media conference, has said Kosovo should lift the ban on Serbian goods. Escobar, while citing the EU's stance, has said it is non-European to prevent the free movement of goods and people, and for more, neither legal basis.
The American emissary says they support the EU position and consider that such an action of Kosovo is an unnecessary passage of an already tense situation. “We believe they should remove the ban on Serbian goods. The EU believes it is non-European to prevent free movement of goods and people, but also legal base scans. We as the US support such a position and consider it an unnecessary passage of a situation that is tense”, Escobar said.
