16 The municipality spent no cents on capital investments for three months

16 municipalities in the country, out of 38 total, have spent no cents on capital investments. This data figures in the financial report for the three-month period of January 1st-31st March 2023. These municipalities are: Fushe Kosova, Dragashi, Mamusha, Junik, Leposaviqi, Zubin Potoku, Zvecani, Northern Mitrovica, Kacanic, Kamenica, Shtrpca, Ferizaj, Partesh, Hani of Elez, Kllokoti and Ranillug.

And what stands out is that neither of these municipalities is led by the Vetevendosje Movement.
In contrast, Northern Mitrovica, where the VV won the elections on April 23rd, but that the report includes only the January-March period.
The three municipalities led by the ruling party, however, have had expenses for capital investments, even though the percentage is small.
The Podujevo, which is led by Bulliqi Speed, has spent 5% capital investments, the addition led by Kemal Aliu with only 2% and Gjilan by Alban Hyseni at 4%.
There are only five municipalities that have spent only 1% of the budget for capital investments like Gracanica, Suhareka, Istog, Kline, and Peja.
While, more than 2% are the municipalities of Drenas and Pristina.
Three municipalities that spent most on capital investments
The three municipalities that spent the most in the first three months of this year are: the Malisheva municipality, which is led by the Social Democrat Initiative in 36%, that Rahovec from AAK in 23%, and also Decani from this party in 19%, reports Front Online.
After that comes the Squire municipality at 17% and the Obilic municipality at 11%.
How much did the municipality of Prizren, Gjakova, Mitrovica, Ferizaj and the Year spend for three months on capital investments?
A small percentage that has been spent on capital investments has also been observed in the municipalities of Prizren, Gjakova, Mitrovica, Ferizaj, Novoberda Year.
Of all these municipalities, Prizren leads by 7%.
Following that of Ferizaj, Vitit and Novoberda at 6%, as well as Gjakova at 4%.
