ZPS witness says Peter Shala entered and left the logistics headquarters in Kukes without asking permission from anyone

When asked by the defender of the victims Simon Laws, what had been the reason he could enter and leave without permission, there was opposition from the defense, but that question was allowed by the court.

But at the moment of repeating the question, the witness said the answer is correct, but that he did not know whether Peter Shala had permission. With that response, the head of the court, Judge Mapie Veldt-Foglia, also said it is unclear because it is once said that Shala did not ask permission and then did not know whether she had permission or not, demanding that he be clarified.

And then the witness returned to the sentence he had said for the first time.

The witness's confrontation with previous statements by the victims' defenders and other evental questions were made at private hearings.

Similarly, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has concluded the questions against the witness, who claimed to have personally seen Hafir Hoxha and Sabit Gecin at Kukes' logistics headquarters in the fifth and sixth month of 1999. He also said he had met a soldier named Bedri in this country, but answers to questions to be named with content edited by the TSF.
