According to him, through draft division for Association it has been offered its basis, and now through dialogue the parties must agree to its concrete realisation.
We stream into an interview for Kosovo Press said dialogue mediators should be clear that the sequence of implementation of Kosovo's basic agreement- Serbia should be for each point and not focus only on Article seven, where there is talk of self-defence.
“We have provided the base and now is part of the dialogue, meetings that will take place in the function of concrete implementation. The base is presented and clear, but the parties must reconcile”, Rrustemi stressed.
The majority MP also appreciated the American messages given this week for association.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has submitted the draft session division during the meeting he held with Serbia's President, Aleksandar Vuciq, on 2 May in Brussels.
Draft-vision has come in response to a draft status for the Kosovo Serb majority municipalities, which Prime Minister Kurti has refused, saying it is not in line with the Kosovo Constitution.
