Their protest has come as a result of successive demands for salary increases, which, according to them, are not being realised despite their demands.
The requirements are those that haven't shaken the country since 10 years, we have no salary change, no work change, it's private sector discriminating from that public”, said Yusuf Azemi, chairman of the Independent Union in the Kosovo Private Sector.
The protest march will start from the plaza Zeahir Pajazitião and will last to the National Theatre in the capital.
Protesters are holding banners with inscriptions such as “The government sign the collective agreement”, “We demand wage growth”, “We want our rights”, etc.
