Peci has said that 700 square metres in Pristina's Ulpiana neighbourhood, which belong to the Kosovo Agricultural Institute, are continuing to be misused.
In a Facebook writing Monday, Minister Peci has criticised the State Prosecutor for neglecting the statements filed by the prosecutor from the Agriculture Ministry concerning objects in Ulpiana.
