Obadiah: The bill-state compiled by the Management Team is more than Association, is state within the state

He has said that with what he's seen in this draft state now public, it's seen what's been designed is more than association and it's more than Autonomi.

“It's state within the state; Republic within the Republic. This draft status -- in its 67 articles in its nine chapters -- projects the federalisation of Kosovo as a new organisational concept after declaring independence. A body that issues laws manages national assets, public wealth and natural resources, a body that organises elections, holds referenda and receives competencies from the Parliament, and the Government of Kosovo has no place in our state and constitutional regulation”, Abdixhiku has declared.

The LDK leader has stated that he must be rejected as a negotiating base, but also as political ambitions.

There will be no party in Kosovo, no government, and no one who can accept such an organisation. The Kosovo government, while, must take ownership in the following process. The association is made by our institutions and only within our constitutional order. Any escape from responsibility is surrender, and any surrender brought such documents and concepts; as has happened, and with that now”, Obadiah has declared.
