KEK is fined by the ZERE with 3.2m euros in fines, because it has traded electricity with companies that are not licensed for operating in Kosovo. So KEK did trade with an illegal company.
This should be extra for the prosecution. Because in this form a number of violations have been made by damaging licensed companies.
