The Vetevendosje movement has toughened criticism of European Union representatives for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Miroslav Lajcak. A day before the meeting of the chief negotiators in Brussels, the ruling party is considering Lajcak to be partial in the process of dialogue, especially after claims that <x0nddraft-statutor of the former management team must be the starting point for association”.
Vetevendosje Movement MP Armend Muja tells Kosovo that Lajcak's goal is to provide an extreme version of association, rather than a real version, and to say “eyan meets at ʹmesi) to make a compromise”.
However, this, according to MP Muja, is unacceptable. He emphasises that the dialogue mediator, but others also need to understand that the association cannot pass a millimeter outside the Kosovo constitutional framework.
The proposal Lajcak has had is to offer an extreme there and an extreme here and meet us in the middle. It's not politics, neither does the state function, the commitment is not even functioning in that way. Our initial stance has been that the Constitution of Kosovo and legitimacy are alpha and omega. What is within that Constitution can be seen how the political participation of each community in Kosovo can be improved, but a millimeter outside the Kosovo Constitution cannot be overcome. This in Kosovo does not pass, and that should be considered by Mr Lajcak and others”, he stresses.
Speaking of tomorrow's meeting in Brussels, of Kosovo's chief negotiator, Besnik Bislimi with the Serbian one, Petar Petkov, member of LVV leadership, accuses Serbia of failing to implement the agreements.
He says that in Brussels, he will discuss the sequenced implementation of the 27 February basic agreement and the 18 March annex in Ohrid.
On the other hand, Muja says candidates who have won the mandates in four northern municipalities will not burn them.
In this respect, he underlines that Kosovo institutions will continue to strengthen capacities in the north.
In addition, Muja suggests that soon the drill will be resolved in the Assembly in terms of the municipality's own revenues.
He says he has taken the initiative to change the Law on the budget, more precisely the amendment proposed last year by the LDK, since it according to him is not addressing the requirement for improving their error and issuing the personal means of even the early years.
During this week in Kosovo and Serbia remained the EU's representative for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak.
He underlined the need for implementation of the Kosovo-Serbia agreement, until he reiterated that association should be in line with European values.
