The 17-year-old in an interview for Abcnews has also told of the challenges it has faced to select.

I applied there and I've been through many challenges, difficulties, because we've had a lot of general tests and English, mathematics, physical tests. Even then we had to try to find some finalists from Kosovo to go on and get someone better. Of those tests I was able to go out first and secure a seat at the U.S. Air Force Academy,”, he said.
