Kosovo without Law for Strategic Investment That Three Years, Loss Are Large

While opposition parties consider adopting a Law for Strategic Investment in the country necessary, but with changes from what has been approved by the government. According to them, the government is stuck in the adoption of this law. Chamber of Commerce and Industry Board Chairman Skender Krasniqi declares for Kosovo Press that it is urgently necessary for the Parliament to adopt the Law for Sustainable Investment.
This law has had to be continued and changed for several years, and unfortunately has been very delayed. This is one of the biggest emergencies Kosovo needs in order to promote local and foreign investments to enable the withdrawal of these investments and the possibility that investments that are waiting for years, which unfortunately a large part have been returned by the previous strategic investment law may be allowed to return.”, Krasniqi says.
We remember that, at this year's first meeting, the government has adopted the Bill for Sustainable Investment. Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said the bill in question promotes investment and economic development.
