Hyseni: Lack of deadlines for whitening the fate of the found, the main fault of the Declaration

Kosovo's former chief negotiator for talks with Serbia, Skender Hyseni, has deemed the declaration of dead persons, which was approved in Brussels at the Kurti-Vuchic meeting, harmful. He has suggested that the main flaw of this statement is the lack of deadlines for whiteening the fate of the untested.
This does not matter. The whole statement should be read. I consider the lack of deadlines to whiteen the fate of the unattended”, Hyseni said in an interview for the Nacional newspaper.
The other harmful element of this statement, according to Hyseni, is equaling the responsibility of the parties for the disappearance during the war.
He has declared Kosovo was not a state in any period that this statement speaks of.
It's true. This statement has been adopted as a special agreement, not as an element of the general agreement. With this agreement the parties are completely equal and on all plains and, of course, the responsibility for that is borne by the Government of Kosovo. It's about a government that has completely lost its sense of responsibility. Kosovo was no state in any period that this declaration speaks of, and therefore it was unforgivable! ”, Hyseni said.
The former chief negotiator has praised the Kosovo Government's move to dismiss the Management Team, which at the Brussels meeting has submitted the draft status ticket to the Serbian Majorisation Committees Association.
He has suggested that according to the 2013 agreement, this team appoints the Serb community in Kosovo.
In this interview given the Nacional newspaper, Hyseni has said the team has had to stay there until reconciliation is reached for the proposed text.
Hyseni believes that the starting point for negotiations on forming association will be the draft of the Managing Team.
