Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has announced today that she has suspended Master Irfan Krkag from work.
She said she did so with the reason “for protecting public interest”.
Based on legal competencies, I have signed today's decision to suspend Irfan Krkag Master until the decision of the disciplinary Commission is made. As justice minister, I have pledged to protect public interest, and every decision I make will be in line with this principle”.
She said those who exceed their responsibilities will not be tolerated.
Free professions should serve citizens and institutions, not contribute to their injury. In view of citizens' complaints and institutions to the owners, I call on all owners to respect their responsibilities because we will not tolerate any overcompassion or violation”.
