Workers report that the crime scene is the 56th automotive factory, where S-Class is produced.
Police have received emergency call from 7:45 in the morning. A special force surrounded the area.
Rescue workers are on the scene with a large contingent, including two helicopters and several emergency doctors.
“One person has been killed, one seriously injured. Background is still unclear. The author was arrested”, the BILD police spokeswoman said.
