European MPs identify Ohrid Agreement violations by Serbia

Green MPs at the European Parliament (PE) have handed over an amendment to the EP report for Serbia, where they demand that “regret the fact that Serbia has violated the agreement between Belgrade and Pristina, ahead of all the Ohrid Agreement”. The amendment says the “agreement has been violated by Serbia by voting against the start of [...]
The amendment reportedly violated by Serbia by voting against the start of the procedure for Kosovo's admission to the Council of Europe, with the boycott of local elections in northern Kosovo, orchestrated in Belgrade, as well as the intimidation of opposition Serbian politicians”.
A total of 11 amendments have been submitted to the EP report for Serbia, which has been adopted by the EP's Foreign Affairs Commission. The same will be discussed at the European Parliament's plenary session.
Regarding violations and agreements, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti himself had reacted.
Last Tuesday, Kurti from Brussels indicated that he has handed over the European Union's High Foreign Policy Representative, Josep Borrell and the minister for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, a document that “Serbia has violated on February 27th”.
According to him, from 11 provisions of the agreement, official Belgrade has violated eight of them in that document.
I have to stress that I handed in a document on how from February 27th when we agreed on the basic agreement, official Belgrade violated it and that document is clearly seen from 11 articles, eight of them violated Belgrade”.
