A massive participation of its supporters was seen at the rally, which according to Erdogan's prior rally were standing at 1 million and 700 thousand people, the Turkish newspaper “Hurriyet” writes.
He said on May 14th someone will retire.
“Istanbul is screaming today, and we are sending someone to retirement on May 14th. According to official figures, 1 million and 700 thousand people have gathered at the rally”, Erdogan was quoted as saying.
