I'll visit some parts of the earthquake area over the weekend. I don't plan to keep the rally, but maybe we'll keep in touch with the gatherings in the country of”, Erdogan said.

He has thanked all citizens who have voted, regardless of whom they have voted, saying they all protect democracy and contribute to the country's future.

Erdogan has said his bloc and the ruling Justice and Development Party (AK) have already started preparations for May 28th and will take the most days before the elections.

We stand by all the promises we have made in pre-election rallies and we will start implementing it after our people give us permission on May 28,”, he said.

Erdogan has promised to rebuild the country's southern region by building a total of 650 thousand new homes, out of which 319 thousand will be delivered in one year.

Erdogan has added that in the new period, there will be a strong government with the elimination of existing shortcomings. He has promised to keep in touch with all world leaders in line with Turkey's interests.

This is not about challenging Russia as CHP did. There is no leader who offends me. I negotiate with all of them. When you put the country aside, it loses”, Erdogan has said.

Last week, Kilicdaroglu accused Russia of staying behind videos aimed at discrediting several presidential candidates. Moscow dismissed the accusations, saying it could not be about any Russian intervention in Turkish elections and that “at that spread such rumors are lying”.

Erdogan received 49.51% of the vote, against the 44.88% of Kilicdaroglu in the first round of elections.
