Dugolli: Special Court Begins Investigations of Dubrava Massacre

Vetevendosje Movement MP, as well as one of the survivors of the massacre in Dubrava Prison, Enver Dugolli, has made a public request for launching the investigation of this massacre by the Special Court. At a news conference Saturday in the Kosovo Assembly, he indicated that a week ago he addressed the Special Court [...]
“If the Special Court is not an ethnic, then there is no reason not to investigate this crime”, he said.
The MP added that there is enough evidence to be filed in connection with this massacre and that his request is to the special prosecutor of the Special Court.
My request is to the Special Court prosecutor to launch investigations because I have enough evidence to develop investigations and to establish charges regarding even this” massacre, Dugolli said further.
He stressed that it is up to the prosecutor to decide whether he will start investigating this massacre and prove whether or not this is an ethnic court.
“Pages are that 116 prisoners were executed in that massacre and a missing one like Ukshin Hoti. They are witnesses who are still alive, and their wounds speak for themselves. Even these witnesses need no protection from identity”, Dugolli, who is one of the witnesses to this massacre, pointed out.
He has said all witnesses to this massacre are willing to testify.
I also remember the names that have been ordered and committed these crimes”, Dugolli underlined.

Official request to LVV deputy Enver Dugolli for the launch of investigations into the Dubrava massacre as well.
