It's about Edsim Kuliq, who in the quality of the Kosovo Agency for Energy Efficiency has signed a suspicious contract.
According to the police report, Kuliqi had signed a contract worth nearly 200,000 euros for several projects allegedly conducted years ago.
The quality suspect of the Kosovo Agency for Energy Efficiency director has signed contracts about the implementation of several projects in Dubrava Prison with a company worth $19,500.00. The projects in Dubrava Prison were already carried out in 2016-2018, (in Pavilion 4, worth 271,466.66-made in 2016-2018, at Pavilion 6, value 233,309.00 .000 .000, carried out in 2016-2018 and lighting out the outer perimeter of Dubrava Prison, Stage I, worth 15,240.00, 2, 2, 18,6700, and phase V at the value of 20,000. It is noteworthy that another case was initiated by police in 2021.”, police say.

Police investigators from Pristina's Regional Criminal and Corruption Investigation Unit have managed to obtain information and evidence for suspect A.K., today in 12,05.23, following several operational/tactic and investigative actions.

It is noteworthy that another police case had been initiated in 2021 against the same person.
Today, in 12,05,2023, the suspect was escorted to the police, the case has been initiated as a criminal abuse of official office or authority. In consultation with the competent prosecutor, the case will be held in regular procedure.
