“Klient wants me to speak Friday, I understand concern about the time, but it's serious accusations and we need more than an hour, said Kehoe, since Judge Charles Smith said that at the afternoon session they'll be given for an hour.
Even though Judge Smith said the same could be contacted by the administration to look for the time they need, he added that it can be exploited any time but that they will decide on it.
