According to the police report, the leadership course held from April 24th to May 4th 2023, where participants were 27 heads of state, local and district of the United States and Colonel Miklovci as the first international delegate/partariat.
Colonel Miculovci's “Partnership was made possible through joint co-operation and financing from the Department of Justice, the International Programme for Assistance and Training for Criminal Investigation (DOJ-ICITAP) and the Federal Law Training Centre (FLETC)”, the media communiqué reported.
Colonel Miculovci becomes aware he was selected by nominated I candidates CITAP worldwide. She stressed that she feels privileged for the opportunity given and is proud of Kosovo Police participation in this training as the first international participant.
The exchange of experiences and the knowledge gained in this course, as I can say, is the motto/mantra of the course of “left by Heart-Lead- Guided by Heart” means to put people first, serve the community and serve the country and citizens”, she said.
