Basic Prosecutor's spokeswoman at Ferizaj, Vjosa Battiu, confirmed to Telegrafi that the suspect has been detained for 48 hours, under suspicion of having committed criminal work “Dhunim”.
“You announce that, on the case, at the order of the prosecutor, a (1) person has been detained in 48 hours' length due to the suspicion that the same one has committed criminal work “Dumi” by Article 227 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK). The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj, against the suspects, has filed a request for the appointment of the detention measure for the high-profile criminal act”, she has stated.
Otherwise, police reported on Sunday that a minor girl has been sexually violated, and that the case has been presented to justice organs.
