“as head of the Northern Mitrovica municipality, it was announced that in order to protect and promote common municipal interests, based on Article 31 and 32 of the Law for Local Government, in co-operation with the Northern Mitrovica Municipal Assembly, we have started procedures for membership of the Northern Mitrovica municipality in the Kosovo Commission Association”, he wrote. /Reporter.net
