According to the IPK report, the detainee is suspected of misusing official duty.
Kosovo Police Inspectorate, respectively, investigators of the Department of Investigation have arrested a police official (with the rank of police sergeant) today on suspicion that the same has carried out “criminal work, using official duty or authority” regarding Article 33 (help). IPK investigators have accepted the first information about allegations of involvement as suspected of this police official by Kosovo Police reportedly reporting the IPK.
The suspects have been assigned a 48-hour detention measure, while other decisions are expected.
