Hasani: Ohrid Agreement Creates parallel power with headquarters in the north, worse than Zajednica

According to former Constitutional Court Chairman Enver Hasani, with the agreement reached in Brussels and Ohrid, creates a parallel power that will have headquarters in the north, which will rival power in Pristina.

There are things that have been difficult to swallow, association, territorial autonomy and not territorial self-advancedness. He said this agreement creates a material constitution.
