According to Hadziu, the institution that protects human rights in the country, removed the current parliamentary and government <x0mascal”.
He said that hundreds of complaints to the ombudsman for this law are evidence that this parliamentary majority is “ire” and “irresponsible”.
MP The PDK said it hopes that after the Constitutional decision, MPs will make laws for citizens, not for the sake of “chief”.
“Sending the Law of Salats to the Constitutional Court by the ombudsman removed the mask from the Government and the LVV Parliamentary Group.
104 complaints handed down by various public sector subjects to the ombudsman show public officials' dissatisfaction with the Law of Salaries adopted by this unaware and irresponsible majority. The incidents are mainly due to inadequate, not equal treatment, lowering the cofficiency, reducing wages, removing additions, etc.
According to the ombudsman, the process of adopting the Law of Salaries has not been transparent, responsible, nor democratic.
The law is not compatible with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, nor with the spirit of the Constitutional Court's Ko219/19 Act.
I hope the Constitutional Court's decision is quick and fair to eliminate inequality and injustice.
Following the Constitutional Court's decision on the Law of the Salat MPs should reflect and adopt laws for the interests of the country's citizens, and not for the interests of daily policy for the will of “chief officer”.
The power was wrong that it ignored our amendments to the Law of the Salats and the demands of trade unions because they would eventually eliminate injustice and inequities”, it wrote
