The millions of euros that were billed for the flow spent in the north of the country would be able to compensate for citizens by suing the country's illegal Energy Regulatory Office.
Florim Shefqeti, the lawyer says the ZERE has four months to address the Constitutional Court to challenge the Supreme Court's conviction. But he does not expect this constitutional to decide differently from other courts.
