Witnesses' list in the “Thaci case and others” add three viktima

The Specialised Prosecutor's Office has indicated that even 10 alleged victims have been presented in the process under way against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi.

The SPS suggests that five out of ten applications are incomplete while recommending that the panel accept three applicants as alleged participating victims in the procedure and reject seven applications.

“Following the Victims Protection Order five of the ten applications presented in the reports are incomplete, 6 in terms of compliance. It is recommended that the panel accept three applicants as participating victims in the procedure and cancel seven applicants as participating victims in the procedure”, the report said.
