Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, on March 5th, has declared that no Serbian weapons, equipment or ammunition was sold to Russia or Ukraine, and that those claiming otherwise are “deniers, beacons and must be ashamed because they are bringing damage to Serbia”.

For Serbia, according to international laws, there are so-called allowed users and Serbia can export only to such countries. We've done everything in accordance with the law, we're as clean as tear”, Vuciq said in Doha, where he is attending a conference organised by the United Nations.

At the end of February, some Russian media reported that 3,500 rockets from the Serbian factory “Krusik” were handed over to the Ukrainian Armed Forces via Turkey and Slovakia, while Russia's Foreign Affairs Ministry announced that this information causes “deep concern”.

Earlier, the demographic has come from “Krusik” and Serbia's Defence Ministry.

Regarding the claim that the weapons were exported to Ukraine from Serbia through Turkey, Vuciq said Serbia “has additionally defended itself” given that there is a possibility that some of the goods will be completed elsewhere.

“We stressed that it is impossible to export without our consent the ammunition we have given Turkey”, Vuciq said, adding that Serbia “has not forced anyone to fight”.

Russian portal “Mass” announced allegations that 3,500 pieces of rocket “M-21 GRAD” 122 mm of Krusik surrendered to the Ukrainian armed forces.

The portal published documents whose authenticity Radio Free Europe has not been able to confirm, which allegedly indicate that the Canadian company “J NJ Export import” ordered rockets from “Krushik”.

Russian media have confirmed that the crates have flown from Serbia to Turkey, where the Turkish company “Arca Savunma Sanayi Ticaret”, through which cargo has gone to Slovakia, and then to Ukraine.

The company “Krushik” from Valeva, west of Serbia, announced on February 28th that there were no missile sales on this market, nor has there been contracts for specific quantities and signs.

The statement says that “the entire mediatistic érastus is based on the use of incomplete and unbound information”, which, reportedly, are placed “in a negative context”.

Similarly, on February 27th, Serbian Defence Minister Milos Vuchevic reacted, who denied that Serbia exports weapons to Ukraine.

This is not the first link in which Serbia is accused of selling weapons in the Russian-Ukrainian war.

On July 16th 2021, a Ukrainian plane crashed north of Greece and was found to be transporting mines to Bangladesh for training, which the Serbian company “Valir” purchased from the state factory “Krusik”.

In March 2022, a picture of a soldier of the so - called “Donjeck People's Republic” was published on Russian portals and social networks, which was holding an unbroken mine.

Based on signs in the mine, Radio Free Europe found it produced in the third quarter of 2016. Such mines are produced by the Serbian state-owned arms factory “Krusk”.
