Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has said in mockery that there is pain in the right hand, so I cannot sign, asked today if I will sign the agreement reached last night in Ohrid between Kosovo and Serbia.
Vuciqi said this pain will continue for the next four years, hinting that he will not sign normalisation agreements with Kosovo during his term as president.
“I have unbearable pain in my right hand, only with it can I sign and this pain will continue for the next four years”, Vuciqi said.
