On a Paramount Some 22 pages have been mentioned, including former KLA commanders who have gone through court trials as accused of war crimes, including Fatmir Limaj and Haradin Bala.

What does Haradin Balaj mention?

Haradin Bala had been sentenced to 13 years to the removal of freedom from the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. Bala, was charged and then convicted of war crimes committed in the so-called “Lapusnik” Centre.

The specialised prosecutor in her parade, Bala calls him an alleged author of crimes in Lapusnik.

They cite a certificate signed by the commander of the 314 Brigade, which proves Bala was a member of the Kosovo Liberation Army from April 1998 until September 1999.

“T-03-66 P9 is a certificate signed by Brigade Commander 314 on November 5th 1999, showing Haradin Balaj as a member of The KLA from April 8, 1998, to September 19, 1999. Haradin Balaj is a suspected author of crimes in Lapusnik/ Lapushnik, the detention facility, spring/August 1998. The proposed article was revealed according to Rule 102 (3) 114, and its importance has been prompted during recent reviews of the discovery. The document is thus significant enough, and at this stage, it will not cause unjust prejudice for defence”, the Specialised Prosecutor says.

Materials found in the home of Fatmir Limaj, evidence for the Special Prosecution.

The specialist says there are also materials obtained from the commander's house “Chelic”. These documents seem to have been seized during the raids in the past years.

The prosecution says these documents demonstrate an organisation within the KLA based on the authority of the General Staff.

The prosecution body says these documents belong to the KLA military police.

“0003-3354 -U003-3358 consists of five pages of KLA contemporary military police personnel records, which were detained at Fatmir Limaj's house. The document was previously discovered according to Rule 102 (3) 116, and it was only in the context of the final preparation of the judgment that its importance was reevaluated. U003-3354 -U003-3358 demonstrates organization within the U. The CK and efforts by alleged members of the NKP to enforce the authority of the general staff. Therefore, the document has sufficient significance and because of its limited nature and scope, no unjust prejudice is caused by defence”, the prosecution says.

In addition to those mentioned above, the Prosecution has included other material that says it is important to be on the Test List.

These materials, according to the Prosecution, are left out by the Judge of Pre-Procedure Procedure, and it is now important that they be accepted by the panel of the Judicial Chamber. /Lajmi.net
