As the LDK announces through a communique, Kosovo-Serbia report normalisation talks were discussed during the meeting.
“The LDK provides support to the dialogue process, with EU mediation and direct US involvement. The LDK risks supporting implementation of all agreements that have been reached in this process”.
However, the LDK again says Kosovo needs a deal focused on mutual recognition and that no other agreement guarantees normalisation of Kosovo-Serbia relations.
“Forgetting recognition is the direct responsibility of Prime Minister Kurti and other Kosovo constitutional institutions”.
At the meeting, the LDK says Abdixhiku has asked Lajcak for clarification on the text of the proposed agreement, specifically in terms of preambulla, with Article 7, Article 10 and with the implementation plan of the current agreement.
