At the trilateral meeting (with the EU and Serbia), I proposed to sign the agreement... and immediately rejected my proposal, the president of Serbia. So there's a finalized format and that's why it's been posted on the official website. Both sides have agreed to such forms, but that does not mean they have accepted the agreement. The refusal to sign it on the part of Serbia shows they disagree with the content. I suggest that you do not produce arguments in public discourse that are as harmful as the nonsense are and are on line with those who oppose the agreement in the neighbouring state.
