Government of Kosovo head has written far that normalisation of reports is possible only if both sides negotiate in trust and says Serbia seems to have decided not to act in such a way
“Normising relations is possible only if both sides negotiate in confidence. Serbia has apparently decided not to do so”, the head of the Kosovo Government has written.
Serbia's President went last night to open Kosovo's memory in the UN. This would build a clear break of Art. 4 of the EU proposal. The normalization of relations is possible only if both parties are negative in good news. Serbia has absolutely died not to do so.
