Kurt meets QUINT ambassadors: Kosovo Ready for European Plan Implementation

Prime Minister Kurti thanked the ambassadors and the QUINT states for their support for this important application. The Republic of Kosovo shared the same values and principles with the Council of Europe, and these are embedded in our Constitution, through the incorporation of the Council of Europe's important conventions. He stressed that the visible advances of the Republic of Kosovo in international human rights and freedoms indexes, democracy and rule of law, are some of the evidence showing that the Republic of Kosovo must be a full member of the Council of Europe and the beginning of membership process must continue without delay”, thenotation said.
Also, at this meeting, Prime Minister Kurti is said to have announced ambassadors of recent developments in the dialogue process with Serbia and the Government's readiness to continue discussions on the implementation plan under the EU proposal, supported by Germany, France, Italy and the United States of America.
