Government corruption according to the UN, Ramadani: Kurti government with Martin Berisha involved in energy grid

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti seems to eventually accept all previous government agreements. Whether it was in the opposition it was violent to reject, especially the agreement to establish the Association of Serb majority municipalities, which for years refused to call Association, referring [...]
Still not achieving power, Prime Minister Kurti pledged that fighting corruption in high institutions would be his priority. But in the U.S. State Department report published last night, Kurti Government is mentioning corruption and lack of transparency, Violence, the case of Astrit Dehar samples, the sentence of Salih Mudtafa by the Special Court in The Hague.
“has been several cases of government-level corruption reporting. Officials have sometimes engaged in corrupt practices, with no punishment. The lack of effective judicial supervision and fragility for law enforcement has resulted in this problem”, the report said.
Regarding these developments for Periscope, political analyst Shkodran Ramadani has spoken, who said the report on The KAS in the areas where corruption is talked about is Martin Berisha's case.
According to Ramadani, the reason why Kurti Government has not denounced him is that they themselves are involved in Serbia-based organised energy crime network.
INT PLOSE ERVIS:
Periscope: How do you assess the agreement between Kurti and Vuciqi for the European Plan Anex?
Shkodran Ramadani: With this agreement the parties agree to implement all agreements reached so far, including the 2013 and 2015 agreements on Zajednica. Unfortunately, it is done without Serbia's recognition of Kosovo, which makes the agreement harmful to us.
Periscope: Kurt said read this deal and see what's in it and what's in it. According to your reading, what is it and what's in this agreement?
Shkodran Ramadani: This statement, like other statements, is a punctuation game with which it aims to cast eyes on public opinion to distort the truth of this agreement that is anchored around Zajednica in central and without recognition from Serbia.
Periscope: How is the fact that power in Kosovo is interpreted to refer to self-preservation as something that is not association? If it's not Association, what else is it?
Shkodran Ramadani: Since Zajednica's opposition has been the element that has shaped Albin Kurti's political activity in the past decade, he now tries to hide the fact that he has stepped on this cause as well as on other causes. We have an Association agreement, Zajednica, Autonomi, self-rule and self-enactment. These concepts can also distinguish, but in practice they are one and the same.
Periscope: The US State Department report for Kosovo was released last night. How do you assess this report, which severely hit Kosovo government for corruption. Does this hurt the image of Kosovo and the government, and does this have anything to do with Martin Berisha's case?
Shkodran Ramadani: Report The UN confirmed what we all know: that this government that came in big words to fight corruption has done nothing to arrest the big <x0-types”. He didn't even do Dubrava prison 12 stories. He's not arrested by an oligarch. Just arrests of sardine sizes have been and all these sardines we can get into a small container. While the parts where the DAS is talking about corrupt relatives certainly, among other scandals, alludes to Scandal Martin Berishaaj, who broke out months ago and which this government not only did not report but has taken into full protection. According to all odds, they are also involved in Serbia-based organised crime network.
