The chief of the European Union delegation to Belgrade, Emmanuel Giaufret, in an interview for the Serbian newspaper Kurir, has said the European Proposal for Kosovo is “historic option”.
To create association, Giaufret said they would continue to insist.
All previous agreements from the dialogue remain valid and mandatory, and this naturally includes the establishment of the Serb Communist Community and we will continue to insist on this urgent matter”, Giaufret said.
He said that “should be seen the positive aspects of this new” agreement, because it could bring new economic opportunities through increased financial assistance, business co-operation and new investments in Kosovo and Serbia.
“We must all work together to implement all agreements,” said Giaufret.
