Confirmed by ZERE, a 14 per cent electricity-growing tariff went into effect on 31 March

The new terms will enter into force on April 1, 2023, and will be in force until March 31st, 2024. According to the consultative report that is not yet final, the proposal by the ERE staff is that the increase needed for the cost of the system is about 14 percent”, the indexation has said.
Feyzullahu has added that the increase of the percentage to 14, if converted to euros, amounts to an additional 50m euros needed in the system in relation to actual tariffs.
According to him, KEDS's demand has been for 55 per cent growth.
