Canach: Vucinqiq will kill Russians if you make agreement with Kosovo in Ohrid

Nenad Canak, one of Serbia's most liberal politicians belonging to the League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina and among the only ones who recognise Kosovo independence Canak has spoken about the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Vuciqi's dilemma for “life or death” on the eve of the Ohrid meeting, and the issue of association and the Franco-German plan. Canak [...]
Canak speaks with great conviction about Djindjic, having also had the opportunity to be his associate. The politician from Vojvodina S '%s' is reluctant to count that positive properties by the politician, but also the strategic mistakes he made.
According to him, Djindjic had been a democratic and open politician for dialogue, these qualities that could avoid the status quo two decades in the report between Kosovo and Serbia. Canak says that with Djindjic alive, a Kosovo- Serbia, where all sides would be satisfied.
He was a Democrat politician and was open to dialogue. And his open approach to dialogue could avoid these 20 years of status quo between Belgrade and Pristina. I think that in the end, there could be a solution with Djindjic, where all sides would be satisfied”, Canak said.
But it stresses that today such a thing is not possible due to the 20-year poisoning of reports between Kosovo and Serbia. According to him, the two- decade-long enmity between the two countries has surfaced a new generation in Serbia, which is unable to understand the Kosovo issue, what is the search for the future, which, according to him, Djindjic was very aware.
“Today, of course, it is not possible, because the last 20 years have been a continuation of poisoning reports between Pristina and Belgrade, and this continuation of hostility in the end has created new generations in Serbia which simply do not understand what Kosovo's work is, what is the search for the future, which Djindjic was very aware of. This new generation just doesn't realize that Kosovo is not just words or territory where you prove yourself like turbo-Serbian if you're saying it often and loudly. They do not realize that it is a part of the planet where some people live who are trying to fix their lives and live under different conditions. This is the biggest mistake of these last 20 years”, Canak said.
Asked about the reminder Kurt had done to Djindjic, Canak says Kurti wrote about what would happen if Djindjic was alive and not about what happened when he was in power. When he says that, the politician from Vojvodina is not reluctant to count the mistakes Djindjic has said had frequent personal clashes.
Here Canak mentions a kind of influence that Djindjic had allowed the Church to have on public schools, about how he as prime minister had thought to create something in the Serbian state from parts of Milosevic's state device and for the approach of Djindjic to the people, issues that have led even to fierce disputes at the time that Canak has collaborated with the most.
If I could say, all Kurt talked about was what would happen if Djindjic survived what happened during his rule. Because he had to work with different people. So I've had a lot of fights with Zoran Djindjic, personally. Because I've strongly opposed the acceptance of some kind of church influence on public schools in a secular country and the influence of the Church in a secular state is simply something you cannot accept.
Second, Djindjic thought he could use parts of Milosevic's state-owned camera to transform him and create better tools for the state of Serbia based on the relics of Milosevic's device, which came from Tito's Yugoslavia.
But that was not possible. That was his strategic mistake. He was certainly extremely clear and educated. But on the other hand, he thought why he was clear and educated and thought he could change other people through his wisdom, or at least make them do what he wanted them to do. That was wrong. That's why I fought sharply along our” co-operation, Chanak stressed.
