(3 years ago)Constitutional law professor Mazbul Baraliu has commented on Article seven of the EU's plan, which, among other things, says the “pals will formalise the status of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Kosovo and offer strong level of protection for Serbian religious and cultural heritage objects, in line with existing European models”.
