“Rr. Mother Teresa, Payne 08.03.23. Kosovo's male complainer has informed that at the Pec Hospital during birth, the baby has died, and according to complainers (father) doubts the medical staff's neglect. By the prosecutor's decision, the lifeless body of the baby was sent to IML for obdition”, Kosovo Police report
