In a proposal for Online Economy, Sahin has said the government must make decisions without prior consultation with business in question.
Sahin has said that the Government should make public the names of companies that are mishandled at prices, not all involved.
The “is a surprising decision, it is a decision that affects businesses, despite the reasoning that Government and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry that the decision to determine the measure by 30 days is a decision because of some companies that have misused the situation. The government has to come up with names and surnames who have misappropriated it and how they are being punished, not punished by all companies”, Sahin said.
He has said that there should be negotiation for such decisions, not decisions involving all companies.
I think this decision is non-negotiable, but the Government has to negotiate, so the Ministry of Trade and Industry with oil companies separately and should not fall prey to all companies of misuse of one company or two companies, regardless of who they are, must be published, punished and not punished by all private companies, oil companies”, Shahini said.
The Ministry of Industry, Intervention and Trade (MINT), on Wednesday, has made a decision to allocate oil prices.
Under the decision taken by Prime Minister Roseta Hajdari, the allowed maximum trading margin is two (2) eurocents per litre, while the maximum retail trade margin is twelve (12) eurocents per litre.
