LDK MP Avdullah Hoti has countered Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who criticised the opposition for sending laws to the Constitutional.
Hoti says the laws are sent to the constitution, when there are suspicions that constitutional order is violated.
Meanwhile at the end of the response, there is also a message for Prime Minister Kurti:
Here's Hoti's short, complete writing:
“Lugs are sent to the Constitution when there are doubts that constitutional order could be violated.
The one who fears and expresses opposition to the delivery of laws to the Constitution has noble political purposes, which are not in the interest of citizens but personally”.
What did Kurt say about the opposition at the Government meeting today?
At today's cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Albin Kurti has hit Kosovo's opposition, saying that in the history of the independent state of Kosovo, no more laws have been sent to the Constitutional than at present.
“Basca with the law for temporary protection measures to supply basic citizens' products, with which preventing the abuse of basic products, has been sent to the Constitutional Court by the parliamentary opposition.
The law for the Prosecutorial Council has even been under treatment for over six months.
In the 15-year history of the independent state of Kosovo, it is not remembered that so many laws have been disputed in such a short time.
Their agreement is a desperate attempt to contest reforms, at the same time it is open opposition to the civic need, civic demand and democratic will of February 14th 2021”, Kurti said at the Government meeting. /Periscope.
