Albanian Fazliu does not complain to Constitutional for new chief prosecutor, paves the way for Blerim Isufaj's decree

With the rejection of both the Supreme Court's complaint, December last year, it turns out that Albanian Fazliu will end his battle against the election of the new head state prosecutor who turned into a tool of political power in Kosovo.

Prosecutor Fazliu has already announced the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council that he will not file a complaint with the Constitutional Court for the process of selecting the new head of state, Reporter Online.net has learned from sources close to the process.

The decision to no longer complain in the Constitution comes after Fazliu once again this court has dropped claims on the selection of Blerim Isafaj, the new chief of State Chief of Proposal.

After the Constitution that guided Fazliu to complain to other courts, the other three steps of the trial have left Fazliu's claims unfounded by the KKP's selection.

Contacted by Reporter Online.net, Albanian Fazliu on Tuesday has refused to comment on his decision to withdraw from the complaint further.

Blerim Isufaj since April 6th 2022 was elected by the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council for the new State Chief Prosecutor. In nearly 10 months, the country's president, Vjosa Osmani, has refused to decree it in the post, arguing that the complaints are not complete.

The chief of state used tools to complain Fazliu at the Court against the decree of Blerim Isufaj. The latter, since his nomination for this position, was seen as the property of political power in the country to run the independent institution of the head of state.

Even government officials Kurti, including Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, have not even concealed this fact by proving Isufaj's denigration in public opinion.
