In that trial, he was invited as a witness by the Prosecution and former Assembly President Sabri Hamiti, who expressed discontent and protested the judge.
The reason I came here, does somebody call me”, Hamit asked.
The judge explained that he was invited as a witness by the prosecution.
So I'm gonna talk to you today, because I don't have the same thing running into halls... that seven years is this”, Hamiti said.
The judge then told him that the hearing cannot be held because the defendant is not present.
Whatever legal conditions. ..for today I haven't even got a real call from”, Hamiti said.
“You actually called through the police, the address is incorrect, we've got the Qu for verification”, the judge said.
Hamiti applied again where she said the address was correct until the judge left the hall while Hamiti was still talking.
