The large inscription, the tricolor of the Serbian flag with text “when the army returns to Kosovo”, has been removed from the opening part of the Montenegrin city, Budva.
As this country's media reports “Vijest”, this inscription was removed last night, which municipal police have confirmed.
This medium reports that the inscription on that wall has been transparent, not graphite. Therefore, police have said that the municipal inspectorate has been announced to remove it.
Two days ago the signing of this inscription was reported, while Montenegrin analyst Lubomir Filipovovic received criticism from authorities who allow such and similar messages in the country.
