Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi, along with Kacanik Mayor Besim Ilazi, have visited the Initire School “Ali Asllani” in the village of Doganaj, whose teachers develop instruction at the age-old facility under extremely serious conditions, while the new object initiated years ago was forgotten by the current government.
In 2019 it was set up for the construction of the new facility of this school, which was scheduled to be finalised at the end of 2022, but the work has been blocked by the coming power of Kurti Government, which has not allocated a cent for the Kachanic Community.
Chairman PDK, Memli Krasniqi said it is unacceptable that a Government, which should serve all citizens, penalised and punished the citizens of certain municipalities.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti's “government, not only has it not allocated any euros now of four years to the Kacanik municipality, but also projects that have been planned, budgeted and developing, banned and prevented them from realizing. The starting school in Doganaj is symptoms for the state of this government, especially for the situation in the education sector. As we have seen the test's disappointing results P ISA, we also have a picture of the leftover school, which has had to be completed since 2022, while there are no plans to move on at the end of 2023, he stressed.
On the other hand, Kachanic Community Chairman Besim Ilazi said school students “Ali Aslan” are discriminated against.
This school's <x0.>Gurthemel was established in 2019 to this day in its initial stage since 2019, although this contract would have to be completed in 2022. So we're at the end of 2023 and as you can see, students of this three are discriminated against, as we saw earlier in the next school's environment that there are no conditions for learning. However, we are in this situation and appeal the Government of Kosovo not to discriminate against citizens”, Ilazi said.
Senior School Director “Ali Asllani” Fitim Selmani said that although they have sought directly from the Ministry of Education to continue work on completing the new object, the answer has been negative, so 297 students of this school are being forced to develop instruction in the old object where various worms and insects are presented during spring season.
