Kurti Lajcak for Association: Next year I can write a draft with Nenad Rashiqi and Elbert Krasniqi

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has countered the EU's Emisari for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, who in an interview for Express, said the draft draft proposed by the internationals does not need to be signed, since it is not an international agreement. Kurti has said that “since the draft statute is only the internal issue of Kosovo in the year [...]
Kurti has said that “since the draft statute is only an internal issue of Kosovo, in the coming year, I can write a modern European draft in consultation with my ministers Nenad Rassic (Communite and Kthim) and Elbert Krasniqi (The Administration of Local Power). ”
He has listed seven points, which he calls steps for normalising relations towards 2024:
They are:
1) The absolute priorities for the Government of the Republic of Kosovo is security for Kosovo, territorial integrity of the state and the life and well-being of citizens indiscriminately.
2) Investigations of the September 24th terrorist and criminal attack in Zvecan Banjska, when Sergeant Africa Bulnjak was killed, must be made public immediately. Milan Radojcik and members of his paramilitary group must surrender to Kosovo authorities.
3) I hope that the European Union and the United States will impose sanctions on Serbia, namely its President Aleksandar Vuciq, on hostile and aggressive acts and aggression towards Kosovo, on the exhumation in our country's north and the removal of the Basic Agreement (through the letter of the prime minister of Serbia, Ana Brnabiq, of December 14th).
4) My request is for Kosovo to remove EU and US punitive measures, and our country to be granted EU candidate and Partnership for Peace status with NATO. That is how our Western partners would strongly ask Serbia to implement the obligation of recognising Kosovo de facto.
5) Drift the Acciation statute I was told should accept Serbia (so since the Ohrid meeting I have offered to write it on three principles, which was rejected by Vuciq). According to European Emissary Miroslav Lajcak's recent statement, since the draft statute is only an internal issue of Kosovo, in the coming year, I can write a modern European draft in consultation with my ministers, Nenad Rassic (Communite and Kthim), and Elbert Krasniqi (Adminiscing Local Power).
6) The Bazic Agreement (with the Implementation Annex) for normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia could be signed at the European Council Summit, held on March 21st and 22nd 2024.
7) I believe that Brussels and European emissary Lajcak will deal much more with Serbia's president, Vuciq, who stole the elections in Serbia with the help of Dodik, Mandiqi and Radoicqi (especially in Belgrade) and who withdrew from the Constitutional Agreement on February 27th 2023 (through Prime Minister Anna Brnabiq's letter), instead of putting public pressure on options that turn pro-European and democratic Kosovo into problematic topics.
